The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Asadi, directed today, Thursday, to survey all areas inhabited by Bedouins in Al-Muthanna.
A statement by the ministry, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated, “The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Ahmed Al-Asadi, directed immediately to survey all the nomadic Bedouin areas in Al-Muthanna Governorate and target them with a field survey campaign.”
The statement added, "This came in order to include them in the services provided by the Ministry, including the salary of social protection, and the salary of a full-time assistant, because they are from the poorest and deprived areas."
