    Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Monday that the Iraqi Government will quit the Egyptian debt file.

    Al-Maliki
    said during a press conference with his Egyptian counterpart Hisham
    Kandil, who is visiting Baghdad, responding to a reporter's question,
    each agency in Iraq, "we will begin the day by Ministers concerned from
    both sides on this topic and discussion to resolve the issue through
    legal guarantees, because we need to close all outstanding issues
    between the two countries to launch cooperation in the process of
    construction and reconstruction.

    The yellow wire to the story
    before entering Iraq to Kuwait in 1990, while foreign workers were
    surprised by the former regime to prevent them from shifting their money
    to their home countries, instead, provided the Iraqi Government with
    "yellow" paper transfers the value of money that has been seized, at
    that time, cashed in their country.

    And as far as Egypt's share of that money [408], is the value of remittances of Egyptians working in Iraq in that period.

    Those
    remittances totaled 637 thousand yellow wire, but the Egyptian
    Government today appreciated the benefits Egyptians in Iraq by 1.7
    billion dollars, half of which is owed to companies and the public
    sector and half the assets receivables Egyptians who were working in
    Iraq, in addition to the benefits of [504] million. ended up 2.

    Minister Nouri al-Maliki said Monday that his talks with his Egyptian
    counterpart Hisham Underwood on the possibility of supplying crude oil,
    Egypt announced his Government's intention to end the Egyptian debt file
    on Iraq, or the so-called (yellow wire).

    Al-Maliki said during a
    joint press conference with his Egyptian counterpart Hisham jellyfish
    in Baghdad on Monday, "we will start the day by Ministers concerned from
    both sides (Egyptian debt) and the debate around this issue through the
    establishment of legal safeguards," he said, adding "we need to close
    all outstanding issues between the two countries to launch cooperation
    in the process of building and reconstruction". According to Egypt's
    news site.

    Case (yellow wire) to prevent Iraqi Government during
    Iraq's invasion of Kuwait in 1990, thousands of Egyptian workers to
    convert their savings to their home country, with 637,000 transfers
    transfer worth more than $ 400 million.

    Maliki praised the press
    conference his talks with his Egyptian counterpart Hisham jellyfish in

    The first round of official talks
    between Iraq and Egypt, in Baghdad this afternoon, under the
    chairmanship of Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Egyptian
    counterpart Hisham jellyfish.

    The talks focused on the issues of
    the multi-faceted cooperation between the two countries, especially in
    economic, trade and investment and oil.

    The Egyptian Prime
    Minister Hisham Underwood arrived in Baghdad this morning at the head of
    a high-level delegation on an official visit to Iraq at the invitation
    of his Iraqi counterpart Nuri al-Maliki.

    During the visit are
    jellyfish which lasts two days, accompanied by a delegation comprising
    Ministers from the economic community, and 60 businessmen, held talks
    with Maliki focused on the prospects for cooperation between the two
    countries in various fields, especially with regard to investment and
    joint ventures in Iraq.

    And complexity of the joint higher
