Al-Mandalawi calls for a review of the banking mechanisms

First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Mohsen Al-Mandalawi called, during his presidency, yesterday, Tuesday, of an expanded meeting of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, in the presence of the Director of the Rafidain Bank (Ali Karim) and the Director of the Agricultural Bank (Nabil Qais), to monitor the work of the dollar sales outlets inside the banks and to facilitate the procedures for loans to citizens, farmers and industrialists. in the country.
Al-Mandalawi directed, in a statement to his office, to "expedite the preparation of laws related to the committee's tasks, while many files related to the government banking sector were discussed, including ending the file of external compensation claims and starting the electronic banking system that will reduce embezzlement crimes and speed up banking procedures."
Al-Mandlawi referred to "the importance of reviewing the work mechanisms of governmental and private banks, indicating the necessity of continuing coordination with the Finance Committee in order to know the needs of its advancement and development of its work."
And he stressed "accelerating the introduction of the electronic system in a way that limits breaches, organizing and accelerating the provision of banking services, stressing monitoring and protecting dollar sales outlets, and supporting banking facilities for citizens and some other segments, especially industrialists and farmers."
