He continued, "For example, the UAE's leadership in managing giant ports may be a nucleus for participating in the management of the large port of Faw, which Iraq seeks to be one of the largest shipping ports in the world as a strategic project linking the East with Europe through Iraq."
He stressed that "brothers' relations deepen in times of adversity, and we do not forget the UAE's diplomatic role in supporting Iraq, its participation in the war against (ISIS), and its effective contribution to the restoration of destroyed areas, for example, the rebuilding of the Al-Nuri Mosque and its al-Hadba minaret in the city of Mosul. The historic mosque has a great place in the hearts of Iraqis."
Al-Sudani pointed out that "this visit also aims to confirm the Iraqi government's insistence on confronting corruption, which requires close cooperation with neighboring countries and the exchange of experiences in the areas of governance and legislation, as well as training the authorities entrusted with confronting corruption in the state, recovering funds and recovering wanted persons who may be taken from friendly countries." a safe haven for them." The Prime Minister urged the development of a modern methodology for managing data according to distinguished international models, in a way that achieves data security and integrity, in order to simplify procedures, reduce costs and combat corruption.
