    {Politics: Al Furat News} The European Union delegation to National Security Adviser Qassem Al-Araji affirmed today, Monday, the Union's commitment to continuing cooperation, partnership and support for Iraq in confronting terrorism and extremism.
    And the National Security Adviser stated in a statement received by {Euphrates News}, that "the latter received, in his office, the European Union Coordinator for Counter-Terrorism Affairs, Elka Salmi, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of the European Union ambassador to Iraq, and during the meeting, they reviewed partnership and cooperation relations between Iraq And the European Union, especially in the field of combating terrorism and violent extremism, as well as the European Union's support for the implementation of Iraqi national strategies and efforts related to the return of families of children and women from Al-Hol camp in Syria and their reintegration into society. 
     For his part, Al-Araji affirmed, "Iraq is committed to returning its nationals from Al-Hol camp and the rest of the camps as a voluntary return, stressing the importance of countries' commitment to withdrawing their nationals from the camp, appreciating at the same time the efforts of some European countries that have returned their nationals, indicating that Iraq is in the stage of implementing a combat strategy." Violent extremism and its prevention, leading to a safe and cohesive society.
