The Minister of Health, Saleh Al-Hasnawi, made the decision to launch the health insurance project dependent on adjusting his status based on the decision of the Federal Court.
Al-Hasnawi told "Al-Sabah": "The ministry has started the basic first steps to implement the health insurance law, most notably the reliability of health institutions, as it is a key factor in the success of health insurance." ".
He stressed that "the electronic connection of this project will take place, and the problem is still in the Federal Court after the appeal that was submitted to the law," explaining that "the ministry is awaiting the court's decision and adapting the status of the law based on the decision that will be issued by it."
