[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The government spokesman, Basem Al-Awadi, set the date for the budget to reach Parliament and some of its details.
Al-Awadi said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ) that the Council of Ministers returned the budget to the Ministry of Finance in its sixth session, after changing the dollar exchange by the Central Bank of Iraq to 1300 dinars, after it was 1450, indicating that the Prime Minister asked the Minister Finance to adapt the numbers to the new exchange rate, which is the reason for the delay in the budget so far.
Al-Awadi explained that the Ministry of Finance needs 3 to 6 weeks to localize all budget amounts, including the past two weeks, given that they were sent since the sixth session of the Council of Ministers, that is, two weeks ago, and therefore They can be completed in the Ministry of Finance and voted on in the Council of Ministers in the middle of the next month at the latest. Pointing out that the re-balance is not due to changing some of its paragraphs, because it is complete, only in order to change the numbers according to the new exchange rate, indicating that once the regionalization is completed, the budget will be voted on in the Council of Ministers and sent to the House of Representatives.
He pointed out that the price of a barrel of oil will be under 70 dollars, and this matter came according to changes in global oil prices, and in order not to fall into the prohibited./ End 9[/rtl]
