The House of Representatives failed to hold its session devoted to discussing several issues, most notably the amendment of the provincial and district council elections law, and decided to postpone it to next Monday. Failure to convene the session means not achieving a quorum as a result of the objection to amending the Provincial Council Elections Law.

For next Monday, the House of Representatives postponed its session to vote on amending the Provincial Council Elections Law, after the members present refused entry to the parliament hall.

According to independent representatives, this law will be devoted to the return of the major parties, which seek to recycle themselves and participate in the political process, insisting on its abolition and not including it on the agenda of the upcoming sessions.
