Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani affirmed today, Sunday, the government's determination to support youth, through a special initiative that includes a number of programs and projects.
A statement by Al-Sudani's office, received by Mawazine News, said, "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani chaired a meeting with the team concerned with the youth support initiative, which came in implementation of the objectives of the ministerial curriculum to improve the reality of youth and develop their capabilities."
During the meeting, Al-Sudani stressed that "the government is determined, through its government program, to support youth, through a special initiative that includes a number of programs and projects, all of which aim to develop youth capabilities and enable them to enter the labor market, face various challenges and work to mitigate their effects."
He pointed out that "embracing young people and strengthening their role in society is the duty of the state with all its institutions, as they constitute the highest percentage of society, and it is our duty to embrace their ideas and initiatives that are always characterized by leadership and creativity."
