Tehran - ((eighth day))
Revealed the leader of the Islamic Supreme Council Mohammed al-Haidari, the religious authority, al-Sistani had asked the political parties to choose only one deputy to the president instead of the current three.
He said al-Haidari, who is visiting the Iranian capital Tehran to the reporter ((eighth day)) that Sistani had demanded that before the formation of the government; but that request was rejected by the parties, Shiite and Sunni alike.
