    The State of Law Coalition in Diyala put forward, on Saturday, the first comprehensive vision to achieve stability in the province after the repercussions of the recent attacks.
    The leader of the State of Law Coalition, Turki Jadaan, said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, "Diyala's security problems can be identified in 6 main points, which are the sleeper cells of extremist organizations, organized crime mafias, smuggling, and the power of influential forces," pointing out that "any security operation that takes place will solve part of it." There will be no stability from the crisis, but the problems will remain."
    He added, "Diyala has reached a critical and difficult stage and needs a real change in its governmental and security institutions in a way that contributes to changing management patterns and plans, pointing to the importance of change that starts from the top and from there to the rest of the levels."
    He pointed out that "the recent attacks are a warning bell for everyone that there are those who want to shuffle the cards through the spiral of violence, indicating that revealing the parties behind the attacks is a priority for everyone, as it will put an end to those who shed blood first and thus give messages of reassurance to the public opinion in Diyala as a whole."
