The Dhi Qar Investment Commission has offered fifty new investment opportunities to establish housing complexes in the governorate, which is suffering from a suffocating housing crisis, which is matched by a large population increase, especially in the city center.
The head of the Investment Authority in the province, Ali Al-Dakhili, told Al-Sabah: We have comprehensive strategic plans in the housing sector, and we are determined to move forward in developing a new map for investment in the province, pointing to the availability of an attractive investment climate for local and foreign companies.
Al-Dakhili added that there are more than thirteen foreign companies implementing housing projects in the governorate, and that these projects are subject to follow-up and direct supervision from the authority, which attracted solid companies working according to modern technologies in construction and housing projects in a way that befits the cultural and historical status of Dhi Qar, as well as the development and expansion of the production base. And its diversity, explaining that the work of the single window will facilitate the investor's procedures and eliminate red tape in circles
