Today, Monday, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani discussed with Saudi Minister of Commerce Majid Al-Qasabi prospects for cooperation between the two countries with regard to economic and investment aspects.
The media office of the Prime Minister stated, in a statement received by (Baghdad Today), that “the latter stressed, during the meeting, openness towards developing partnership with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in various sectors, especially those related to economic and investment aspects, as well as cooperation in the field of energy and coordination in Confronting the effects of climate change, and efforts to limit its repercussions on the region.
In turn, Minister Al-Qasabi conveyed, at the outset of the meeting, the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Highness, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, to the Prime Minister, stressing "the continuation of work within the Iraqi-Saudi Coordination Council, which includes cooperation between the two countries in the economic and investment fields." tourism, security, and other fields.
