    The performance of the Iraqi parliament continues to decline in the light of the domination of its speaker, Muhammad al-Halbousi, and the most heinous exploitation of the legislative authority in favor of his party and his personal projects. 
    The spokesman for the Azm parliamentary bloc, MP Muhammad Abd Rabbo, described the performance of the House of Representatives in its current session as poor. 
    Abed Rabbo said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, "The House of Representatives, in its current session, is facing a difficult test, especially after it was ravaged by economic and political crises that led to a delay in the completion of constitutional dues in in accordance with what was stipulated in the Iraqi constitution.” 
     He added, "Parliamentary committees have completed the discussion and have put forward many laws, but the presidency of the parliament did not put them under the dome of parliament." 
    He continued, "Parliament needs a sound environment in order to pass service, security and investment laws instead of political ones that serve partisan groups rather than the people." 
    The political analyst, Haider Arab, identified the reasons for the failure of the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, in his parliamentary performance, while stressing that the weakest and worst parliamentary session that Iraq passed through was the previous session. 
    Al-Musawi told Al-Maalouma agency, "The weakest and worst parliamentary session that Iraq has passed is the previous session, according to the negative points that were recorded in the last period." 
    He added, "Al-Halbousi failed to perform legislative work during the previous period, and this was reflected in reality in the lack of legislation of laws within the dome of Parliament." 
    Regarding al-Halbousi's weakness and failure to perform his parliamentary duties, Arab stressed that "preoccupation with private political disputes, an attempt to impose himself on the Sunni component, and being drawn into other files kept him away from discussing many laws and not attending many parliament sessions." 

     
    Arabs pointed out that "the Speaker of the House of Representatives is required to be stripped of all designations, and his work is purely for the Iraqi people in general. On the other hand, 
    a member of the State of Law Coalition, Rasul Radi, confirmed to (information), that" there is a desire that exists among many members of the House of Representatives, especially from the component. The Sunni is to replace the current president and bring him in another personality with competence to manage the position, as the next few days may witness an actual move by the Sunni parties to exclude al-Halbousi from the seat of power, especially since there is a Shiite Support for this matter in order to choose another figure who provides service to the Sunni component and manages the legislative authority. 
    On the other hand, a member of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ali Al-Zubaidi, stated to Al-Maalouma that “Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi has reached a stage he did not expect to reach, especially with regard to exclusivity in the decision, dismissal of deputies, and the repression he exercised against the people of Anbar when any demonstration occurred, and preventing statements and confronting them.” With arrests, and the matter was not limited to Anbar only, but also to Salah al-Din, what generated a revolution of rejection in a number of Sunni-majority provinces. 25 p.m. ended
