ladies and gentlemen, in the leadership of the struggling Iraqi Communist Party
I begin my speech by offering the warmest congratulations and best wishes of His Excellency President Barzani and the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party to the leadership, cadres, members and supporters of the Iraqi Communist Party on the occasion of the eighty-ninth anniversary of the birth of this party, which led the mass struggle in very sensitive circumstances, achieving great successes in educating and organizing the various classes of the Iraqi people, especially the working class He was able, in a short period of time, after lighting his first candle, to become a school of luminous thought and lead an honorable struggle for the advancement of Iraq among the countries of the region and the world.It is no secret that the relations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party with the Iraqi Communist Party go back to the early days of the founding of our party on August 16, 1946, when the leadership of the Communist Party and its cadres were among the first supporters of the establishment of a Kurdish mass party to lead the national struggle and achieve its national rights within the Iraqi state, as it was The party has honorable patriotic stances regarding the issues of just peoples to obtain their national and cultural rights and their participation in political life, such as its continuous support for the Kurdistan liberation movement led by (the immortal Barzani).[/size]
[size=45]The joint struggle of our two parties continued in the decades that followed the establishment of the Kurdistan Democratic Party on the political and military sides. The Peshmerga and the fighters of our two parties participated in the front trenches against the ruling dictatorial regimes, and the blood of our martyrs mixed in the battlefields in order to consolidate freedom and democracy and build a civil state that would advance Iraq in various fields and fields and have a role Active and pioneering in the development of events in Iraq and the region.[/size]
[size=45]Here it is necessary to point out the generous sacrifices made by the fighters of our two parties in the political and military arenas in joint standing in the face of chauvinistic and racist forces and regimes that seized power through bloody and violent methods and killed the best patriots of the Iraqi people because of their different political orientations and opinions with those forces.[/size]
[size=45]The activists of the Communist Party had an active role in the arenas of struggle for freedom and democracy, including the martyr (Khader Kakel), his martyr cousin (Zarzis) and his companion (Mam Elias), as well as his martyr son (Saleh Khadr), who recorded heroic epics in the battle of Hendrin and Seri Barada in the mountains and valleys Bale Kaiti area alongside the Peshmerga forces.[/size]

[size=45]After the fall of the Baathist dictatorial regime and to this day, the relations of our Kurdistan Democratic Party with the brothers in the Communist Party are still solid and distinguished relations based on understanding and joint action in the political process, government and parliament, as well as coordination of political positions regarding the fateful national issues that concern the general Iraqi people.[/size]
[size=45]In conclusion, we once again congratulate you on the eighty-ninth anniversary of the founding of your struggling party, wishing you success in achieving the goals of your party in order to serve the poor and toiling classes of the Iraqi people and rid Iraq of the scourge of corruption and successive political and economic crises. I also do not miss to extend my warmest congratulations to you on the occasion of the glorious Newroz holiday, and the Kurdish New Year, hoping that this year's feast will be a feast to strengthen brotherhood, love and national unity among all the components of the Iraqi people and to advance our country towards prosperity and progress and lead it towards safety.[/size]
