[size=45]Representative “Ali Shaddad” explained that transferring the general budget in the country from the item budget to the program budget will contribute positively to revitalizing the urban and economic realities and will enable the executive authorities to develop their correct urban plans.[/size]
[size=45]“Shaddad” added, “The development of a comprehensive and clear economic and urban vision requires relying on an annual budget that secures the necessary financial sums.”[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that "the legal vacuum that the country passes through annually and extends for more than six months sometimes was the main reason for the decline in the general economic situation in Iraq."[/size]
