    The Parliamentary Rights Bloc called on the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, and the Minister of Oil to recover the revenues from the sale of the region's oil to Turkey.
    According to a document issued by the bloc on the 25th of this month and obtained by (Baghdad Today), it is “for oversight purposes based on the provisions of Article (61 / second) of the Constitution, and based on our duty to protect public money in accordance with the provisions of Article 27 of the Constitution, and the provisions of Article 111 of the Constitution that It acknowledged that oil belongs to all the Iraqi people, and based on the provisions of Articles 15 and 27 of the House of Representatives Law and its formations No. 13 of 2018, and the provisions of Article 50 of the House of Representatives’ internal system for the year 2022, please answer the following parliamentary questions: 
    1- What is the amount of the total amount resulting from the revenues of exporting Iraqi Kurdistan’s oil and selling it to Turkey through the Turkish port of Ceyhan without the approval of your ministry and SOMO? - What are the legal measures that your ministry intends to take against the Kurdistan region and against the Turkish government after the decision of the International Arbitration Court was issued in favor of Iraq on 3/24/2023, and what are the mechanisms that will be followed regarding recovering the resulting funds? Did your ministry officially receive the aforementioned arbitration decision or not?
