The Ministry of Oil confirmed the acceleration of the associated gas investment in the Nasiriyah and Al-Gharf fields, which will provide 200 cubic meters per day, in addition to expanding the Nasiriyah field with a capacity of 100,000 barrels per day.[/size]
[size=45]And the ministry stated in a statement that “the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Extraction Affairs, Basem Muhammad Khudair, chaired a meeting to follow up on the associated gas investment project from the Nasiriyah and Al-Gharraf fields. In the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Gas Affairs, Izzat Saber Ismail, and the Director General of the Dhi Qar Oil Company, as well as representatives of the companies and departments of the Ministry’s center.[/size]
[size=45]And the Undersecretary stressed “the need to expedite the investment of associated gas from the fields of Nasiriyah and Al-Gharf, which will provide quantities of invested gas from associated gas at a rate of (200) cubic meters / day.”[/size]
[size=45]According to the statement, the Undersecretary also emphasized "the speedy implementation of the Nasiriyah oil field expansion project with a capacity of 100,000 b/d, for its contribution to adding new quantities."[/size]
[size=45]It is noteworthy that these development projects are among the priorities that the ministry is working on because of their positive and economic impact on the people of Dhi Qar Governorate, according to the ministry's statement.[/size]
