The authority’s media director, Alaa Muhammad Karim, said in an interview with the official agency, which was followed by Mawazine News: “After the recent package of measures issued by the Prime Minister’s office, the authority began to form mobile teams that work in the field and hold workshops with state institutions to prepare the transactions of retirees before referring them to retirement for more than Month".
Karim added, "The transaction is well prepared and fulfills all its requirements and needs within the department, and then the identity is issued within the circle of the employee from which he was separated, and the identity is handed over on the day of his separation from the job, and this is something new, so these procedures and the package received wide echoes and a wide welcome from the retirees, And we have begun to develop by moving from paper work within the authority to field work in all state departments.”
He continued, "Article 36 of Law No. 9 of 2014 stipulates that pension salaries increase in the event of inflation, and the government and the National Retirement Authority are determined to increase pension salaries and improve the living conditions of retirees, but this comes after an extensive and careful study because this increase has economic dimensions."
