    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:[/rtl]
    [rtl]Raed Jouhi, director of the office of the former Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, issued a statement regarding what was published by (an Iraqi satellite channel) about the recovery of 40 billion dinars from the theft of tax secretariats.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Jouhi said, in his statement: "We have seen the news spread through social media, in which it falsely claims that we have returned an amount of 40 billion Iraqi dinars regarding the issue of tax secretariats."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added, "While we affirm that this news is absolutely untrue, we stress once again that this and other news are baseless, and come as part of a campaign of distortion and promotion of false news targeting our person and our reputation."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Jouhi stated, "The circulation of these false news aims to divert attention from the real suspects, and from the fair course of the judicial investigations, in addition to being a clear interference in the work of the judiciary."[/rtl]
    [rtl]Earlier, a judicial source revealed that 40 billion dinars had been recovered from Raed Jouhi, director of the office of former Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, while it indicated that it represented part of his share of the theft of the century.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The source said, in an interview with an Iraqi satellite channel, that "the Iraqi judiciary recovered an amount of 40 billion dinars from the former director of Al-Kazemi's office, Judge Raed Jouhi, out of 200 billion dinars."[/rtl]
    [rtl]He added, "This amount represents Johi's share of the theft of the century."[/rtl]
