    Information / Baghdad..
Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi is trying to grab onto straws before he is drowned in accusations of corruption, transgression of the law, violation of the constitution, his support for the formation of armed groups, and the announcement of the so-called Sunni coordination framework, in a desperate attempt to reproduce the Shiite experience by announcing their framework.

According to the political sources of Al-Maaloumah, "the Al-Halbousi framework is holding its first meeting this evening at the house of Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi, with the presence limited to Saleh Al-Mutlaq, Salim Al-Jubouri, Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani and some of his deputies."
He added, "The meeting will be absent from Al-Halbousi's partner in the Sovereignty Alliance, Khamis Al-Khanjar, in a clear sign of the end of the partnership, as well as Jamal Al-Dari, who informed Al-Halbousi not to attend the meeting and not to support any new Sunni framework."

He pointed out that "the boycotters of the meeting are Jamal al-Dari, Khamis al-Khanjar, Mishaan al-Jubouri, Qassem al-Fahdawi, Jamal al-Karbouli, Osama al-Nujaifi, Khaled al-Obeidi and Muthanna al-Samarra, most of whom are Sunni hawks."
And those sources indicate that "the Sunni forces initiated procedures to dismiss al-Halbousi from his position after the dispute with Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani and the fear of a repeat of the 2014 scenario and the fall of the Sunni provinces in the hands of ISIS."
Former Parliament Speaker Osama al-Nujaifi asserts that the Sunni coordination framework called for by al-Halbousi is doomed to failure due to conflicting opinions.
Al-Nujaifi said in a televised interview, followed by Al-Maalouma, that "the conflict between Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani is still continuing after the failure of three political mediated meetings."
He added, "Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi increased the size of his powers and took executive spaces during the governments of Adel Abdul-Mahdi and Mustafa Al-Kazemi, and began to interfere in appointing governors and security leaders, while Al-Sudani began to end this phenomenon, as it is the powers of the head of the executive apparatus in the country."
    The whirlwind blows the sovereign
He explained, "The Sovereignty Alliance is suffering from a major internal crisis, and unification in the Sunni position is very difficult, while the fate of the Sunni framework will be failure, as it does not bring together Sunni leaders with opinions and goals."
And the Secretary-General of the Watan Party, Yazan Mishaan Al-Jubouri, reveals the details of the dispute between the heads of the legislative and executive branches.
Al-Jubouri said in a televised interview, followed by Al-Maalouma, that "Al-Halbousi wants to be a match for the prime minister and not for the coordination framework, so that he can impose some personal demands."
He added, "The Speaker of Parliament is trying to twist the arm of the government, because he was prevented by the Prime Minister from extending the powers of the executive authority."

In addition, the independent MP, Bassem Khashan, affirmed today, Monday, his intention to proceed with legal procedures regarding cases of forgery and fraud against Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi and his office.
Khashan said in a statement to Al-Maaloumah agency, "There is a tendency by independent deputies to proceed with the investigation of some illegal procedures and decisions issued by Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi." Ended 25
