Earth News / The Federal Supreme Court ruled today, Tuesday, that the powers granted under the constitution may not be delegated.
A court statement, received by Earth News, stated, “The court ruled that the legal text that authorizes delegation must have the same legal rank as the text prescribed for jurisdiction, or higher than it in legal rank.”
He added, “The court ruled, according to its ruling No. (235 / Federal / 2022), that the Diwani Order No. (469) for the year 2022 is formally invalid, because it was issued with the signature of the head of the legal department and the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers without the presence of a legal text that includes the permissibility of delegating the authority or The signature of the head of the legal department.
