He added, "The party's chances in the provincial council elections within the borders of Diyala at the end of 2023 are significantly declining, and it may lose any presence in the light of intense competition by Talabani's party."
He pointed out that "the failure of Barzani's party to be represented in the next Diyala council is very likely, and it will be a severe blow to him that reflects the repercussions of his mistakes that lasted for years."
