    [rtl]The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed, on Monday, that the draft public financial budget law for the year 2023 will not be delayed for a long time due to the political consensus on it.[/rtl]
    [rtl]“The committee will start hosting the relevant ministries, independent bodies and directors to find out the increase and the reason for spending, and what are the problems facing state institutions,” said the deputy head of the committee, Ikhlas al-Dulaimi, in a press interview.[/rtl]
    [rtl]She added, “The second reading of the budget will open the door for discussion of the objected paragraphs, so that the Finance Committee records all the observations and interventions made by members of the Council in order to add or amend certain paragraphs in the draft law.” , and then present the budget to the House of Representatives for the purpose of voting on it within less than a month.” [/rtl]
    [rtl]She explained that "the 2023 budget differs from previous budgets and may be passed as quickly as there is a political agreement on it," noting that "there is an understanding between the parties of the state administration coalition to pass the budget."[/rtl]
