The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities announced the achievement of advanced completion rates in the project to rehabilitate the entrance road (Baghdad - Diyala).
A statement by the Ministry of Construction, which Mawazine News received a copy of, stated that "the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities has achieved advanced completion rates in the project of rehabilitation and maintenance of the Baghdad-Kirkuk road at the entrance (Baghdad-Diyala), for the section that extends from the area of Bob Al-Sham Arch to the intersection area. Mohammed Al-Sakran, with a length of about (10) km.”
He added, “The project, which is being implemented under the supervision of the Roads and Bridges Department of the Ministry, has reached a completion rate of (70%). the two lanes, and furnishing the road, as well as constructing (3) bridges with two pedestrian bridges.
