    On Sunday, Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil Hayan Abdul Ghani stressed the importance of training in developing the scientific and practical skills of workers in the oil sector.
    Abdul-Ghani said, during his visit to the Arab Oil Institute in Baghdad, according to a ministry statement, that "the training sector in the ministry receives great attention from the government and the leadership of the oil sector, and we have directed the concerned authorities to adopt modern and advanced programs and plans in preparing workers, developing their skills and capabilities, and benefiting from national experiences." and internationally, in a way that contributes to the development of their performance and productivity.
    Abdel-Ghani referred to the ministry's success in rehabilitating the building of the Arab Oil Institute for Training and resuming its activity in this field, to achieve its goals in building national and Arab oil elements, and in preparing trainers and leadership levels of employees for OAPEC member states, in addition to providing research.
