    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:

Member of Parliament, Asaad Al-Bazuni, affirmed that the government is obligated to cut the salaries of the region's employees in the event that the latter does not commit to handing over oil revenues, border crossings and all common resources to the central treasure, while he revealed a parliamentary move for half of the southern provinces after the injustice it was exposed to during previous budgets.[/rtl]

[rtl]Al-Bazuni said in a press interview, "There is a parliamentary movement within the parliament in order to set clear conditions within the general budget law that oblige the Kurdistan government to implement the legal agreement between the two parties," noting that "parliamentary committees are working to propose many amendments and additions to the Finance Committee in order to come up with a budget that guarantees everyone's rights.[/rtl]
[rtl]And he added, "Members of the House of Representatives seek to do justice to the southern provinces after the injustice they were subjected to during previous budgets," stressing that "the political blocs are determined to do justice to them in order not to repeat the scenario of lack of funds and to end their financing problems.”[/rtl]
[rtl]And regarding obligating the regional government to hand over revenues to the central government, Al-Bazuni explains: "The current government is obligated to cut off financing the salaries of Kurdistan government employees in the event that it does not commit to handing over oil revenues, border crossings, and all common resources to the central treasury, and repeating what happened during the current period."[/rtl]
