[size=45]A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Representative Aziz Al-Mayahi, called on the Prime Minister to cancel the exceptions he granted to Al-Diwaniyah Governorate regarding food security projects and to announce projects through tenders instead of direct invitations.[/size]
[size=45]Representative Al-Mayahi said in a statement today: “We call on the Prime Minister to cancel the exceptions he granted to Diwaniyah Governorate regarding food security projects amounting to more than five billion dinars and to announce projects through tenders instead of direct invitations, in order to allow companies to compete for projects fairly.” With the aim of providing funds that the governorate can benefit from in other projects.[/size]
