    Economy News - Baghdad
The President of the Republic, Abd al-Latif Rashid, said on Monday that there are about 15,000 factories and factories in Iraq, all of which have been closed since 2003.
Rashid said during his meeting with members of the Iraqi community in London, "The Iraqi government is interested in providing services to the community, and it has a complete program in all respects, and this is a new beginning for a new Iraq, in which we are interested in developing infrastructure and providing services."
He continued, "The relationship between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government is very normal, and there are some outstanding issues between the two sides, but there is a will to find solutions to them through the constitution and the law."
He pointed out, "Some of the important accumulations that remained with the new government, as the budget has not been approved for three years, and we have approximately (10) thousand or (15) thousand factories and factories in Iraq, all of which have been closed since 2003, and this requires effort, work and a budget." and encourage the private sector to work.
