Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Services Committee, Mahma Khalil, revealed, on Monday, the government’s completion rates for its program, indicating that the government will change all administrative procedures during contracting with service companies after approving the budget.
Khalil said in a press interview seen by “Takadam” that “the committee supports the government projects that will be launched immediately after the budget is passed, and which will be referred to well-known and reputable companies.”
He added, "The committee, in cooperation with the government, will reconsider all contracting mechanisms with companies that manage strategic projects within the budget, especially those that will be launched in Baghdad in order to prevent the authorities."
And on the discussion of passing the budget, Khalil stated that “parliamentary finance continues its discussions and works to include the rights of all employees, citizens and societal segments.”
