, a member of the Parliamentary Oil, Gas and Natural Resources Committee, Ali Shaddad, set the date for the Ministry of Oil to sign a contract with the "Total" company to invest gas in five oil fields in Basra.
Shaddad said in a statement that the ministry is going "to sign a contract with the French company Total to invest gas in a group of oil fields in Basra Governorate."
He explained, "The Ministry of Oil will sign, two weeks from now, a contract with Total to invest (600) cubic meters of associated gas in five oil fields in Basra." Ended 29/N33
