[rtl]Basra / NINA / - The independent representative from Basra Governorate, Haitham Al-Fahd Al-Zargani, confirmed his follow-up with the Parliamentary Oil and Gas Committee to raise a proposal to cancel the recent decision related to imposing new fees on national oil companies in the budget, which will certainly cause the loss of national refineries, and perhaps their bankruptcy.
