[rtl]The Health and Environment Committee in the House of Representatives revealed that there are 300,000 citizens benefiting from the health insurance law in the capital, Baghdad.[/rtl]
[rtl] "The government has allocated an amount of 150 billion dinars for the health insurance fund, which was formed as a result of enacting the law during the previous parliamentary session, and work began to implement it in the current stage," said Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Siham Al-Moussawi, in a press statement. Al-Moussawi added, “The Health Insurance Fund is funded through some taxes and deductions from the salaries of the beneficiary employees, as well as government allocations,” stressing that “there are 300,000 beneficiaries of the health insurance law in Baghdad governorate after its implementation And it will also be circulated to other governorates, as it serves the citizens and provides them with great facilities.” in the health sector.And she indicated, "Some segments of people with limited income and the disabled, as well as employees with lower grades, are covered free of charge in the law."[/rtl]
