Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: The Parliamentary Finance Committee voted on the contracts before and after 10-2-2019.
Committee member Muhammad Nuri said that the committee voted to confirm contracts before and after 10/2/2019 and we worked to include them in the budget, as well as workers in all state institutions.
He pointed out that there are other paragraphs that will be discussed within the committee to include free lecturers and other appendices regarding contracts within institutions and adapting their financial and legal status within ministries.
He added that the Finance Committee is working to include all contracts and lecturers to complete the file of contracts and wages.
He explained that the remaining paragraphs for discussion within the Finance Committee do not exceed five, including the transfers and the budget of the region, and we need a period not exceeding five days for discussion before presenting the budget for voting before the House of Representatives.
A member of the Parliamentary Finance confirmed that there is no disagreement regarding the region’s budget file, but there is a need to organize the agreement mechanism between Baghdad and Erbil from accounts, numbers, agreements, a revenue collection mechanism, as well as scheduling the region’s debts.
