Today, Thursday, the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, directed the operation of government asphalt plants and put them into service.
The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement, which NRT Arabia received a copy of, that "Al-Sudanese instructed, during his presidency of a meeting of the service and engineering effort team, to operate the government asphalt plants and put them into work quickly.”
And the statement continued, "Al-Sudanese directed that the governor of Baghdad undertake the implementation of some strategic projects in Baghdad related to the service effort due to the lack of approval of the budget so far."
Al-Sudani stressed that "financial financing for the service effort within the 2023 budget will constitute a quantum leap if it is invested in the correct manner and with proper procedures."
