Baghdad Operations Command announced the lifting of the concrete blocks surrounding the Ministry of Education and the Russian Embassy in the capital.
The leadership stated in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that "in implementation of the directives of the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and within the plans prepared to open roads and remove concrete blocks from alleys and public roads on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa, which aims to lift the burden on the shoulders of citizens, reduce their suffering and ensure smooth flow." High in traffic and under the supervision and follow-up of Staff Lieutenant General, Commander of Baghdad Operations, where the engineering effort of our leadership and during the past (72) hours managed to raise large numbers of concrete blocks surrounding the Central Bank and (Ministry of Education, Agriculture, Russian Embassy) and near one of the churches in Zayouna area ".
And she added, "The department/municipality teams have begun cleaning work and removing waste from the aforementioned sites." Ended 29 / h
