{Economic: Al Furat News} The Dhi Qar Investment Commission announced that housing unit investors must not receive purchase amounts from citizens until the construction completion rate is achieved.
In a statement, the authority said, "Investors should not receive the amounts until the start and completion rates of the project are achieved to 25% in order to create an investment environment."
He added, "Citizens wishing to buy in residential complexes must visit the authority and ensure the validity of legal purchase contracts and their approval by the authority to guarantee their rights."
He pointed out that "this invitation is an official announcement and entails legal procedures."
