[rtl]Today, Sunday, the Ministry of Planning revealed the number of employees in the Iraqi state registered in the electronic platform, with the exception of the Kurdistan region, while indicating that the platform deals with the employee and reveals double salaries.
The official spokesman for the ministry, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said in a press interview, “Work is continuing by the ministry of planning to complete and finalize the electronic platform concerned with the job number, and so far, more than three million and 400 thousand employees have been registered in ministries and state institutions.
And he indicated that "the platform includes employees in ministries, agencies not associated with a ministry, governorates, and other parties, including the ministries of interior and defense and other security agencies."
He pointed out that "the platform is now in its final stages, and a committee has been formed on the other hand, headed by the Administrative Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning, whose mission is to boycott the data of those who entered within this platform to address the problems.”
Al-Hindawi explained, "The goal is to build an information base on the job reality of the employees of the Iraqi state, and it includes details about each employee, including the full name, surname, mother's name, academic achievement, year of appointment , job grade, amount of salary and other allowances that the employee receives.”
And he continued, "The presence of all this data will help the state in drawing paths of financial spending for the government body in the country, and addressing all problems that afflict this body, such as double salaries and fake jobs if there are fake jobs." Therefore, the platform represents a step towards achieving e-government and towards automating all events, and after the platform is completed, employee salaries will be linked to the electronic platform.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Planning pointed out that "the platform included all ministries and state institutions except for the Kurdistan region, and therefore there are ongoing dialogues to include employees in the region in the electronic platform."
He concluded by saying, "The platform has been completed by more than 90%, and there are formations and departments in certain ministries that have not completed the data of their employees in order to include them in the electronic platform, and after the completion of The platform and the completion of data collection, the real numbers of employees in the Iraqi state will be known.”[/rtl]
