    Today, Tuesday, the Ministry of Finance denied making transfers in the draft general budget 2023, stressing that it will challenge the budget in the event of changing the paragraphs included by the government.

    The ministry said in a statement, “The Minister of Finance, [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3366307157/%D8%B7%D9%8A%D9%81 %D8%B3%D8%A7%D9%85%D9%8A/ar/]Taif Sami[/url], denies the information circulated through social media and news agencies, which claims (the Minister of Finance made transfers in the draft general budget 2023) and which the Finance Committee of the House of Representatives is conducting.”



    The statement added, "The Minister of Finance paid great attention to defending all the paragraphs contained in the draft budget law, and the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3238106360/%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]Ministry of Finance[/url] will challenge the budget if it is approved and contains a change to the paragraphs that the government included in the budget."

    And Sami stressed, according to the statement, that "what the government included in terms of texts and allocations was according to the study and needs of the ministries and governorates, and it meets all requirements according to the government's vision in its government program," considering that "any change will hinder the spending operations that the government has drawn to meet all needs."
