    Shafaq News/ Between "embarrassment" and "decisiveness", the Iraqi parliament, along with the whole country, enters into a state of struggle with time to approve the tripartite budget, in light of the accelerated steps at the level of internal parliamentary meetings and the remaining hours that separate one character from another for the current parliament's form between "actual work and vacation" Legislative".
    According to the course of events, the parliament faces only a few hours, extending until 12 o'clock at night, to approve the budget, in order to prevent it from entering the recovery room of the "compulsory legislative recess" that begins at midnight, which makes the budget situation more like a frozen indefinite period depending on the circumstances and developments of events, especially since the delay in its approval has extended For half a year, and there is no possibility of a new additional postponement, with a large number of parliamentarians preparing to travel during this recess.
    And with the pressing time factor, it seems that the possibility of postponing the passage of the budget has become a major challenge for the political blocs, in light of facing a legal obstacle in the event that a session is not held to pass it during the remaining time before midnight.
    The Presidency of Parliament transfers the hammer to the Finance Committee
    With the intensification of the pace of parliamentary work and the presence of deputies in preparation for a supposed session, the Presidency of Parliament, represented by its speaker and two deputies, moved into the Parliamentary Finance Committee, so that the hammer of the presidency moved to the committee table and “resolved” the budget and transferred it in a “fresh” way to the Great Hall and presented it to the deputies to pass it without problems or objections.
    A procedure, even if it takes place today, will be a kind of absorption and to prevent the anger of the dissatisfied street over the long wait and killing the clock, which has begun to bite the political blocs responsible for approving the budget.
