On the other hand, Iraq is considered the largest investment destination for China in the Arab region, because Iraq is a country rich in energy, so it is natural that the energy field has attracted a relatively larger amount of Chinese investments.

    Strategic partnership relationships
    Ambassador Wei stressed, "The Chinese side supports that all Iraqi parties strengthen unity and cooperation among them, and trusts that the Iraqi people have the wisdom and ability to deal with their problems, hoping that Iraq will achieve lasting security and safety, prosperity and development at an early date."
    He said, "China and Iraq have strategic partnership relations, so it is natural that our relations with the Kurdistan Region of Iraq be an important part of these relations. The Chinese Communist Party maintains friendly relations with the two parties, the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan and the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and other major parties in the region, adding that the Chinese side It is ready to continue cooperation with the Kurdistan Region in the fields of energy, tourism, communications, etc., and will continue to encourage sober Chinese companies to work and invest in the region, which contributes to the economic and social development of the region.
