    Perhaps the meeting of the United Nations representative in Iraq, Jeanine Plaskhart, with the former President of the Republic, Barham Salih, during the past hours, was not announced, but Saleh's activity recently is no longer hidden.
    Blaskhart, who is described as America's most powerful woman, despite being the representative of the United Nations, it is also known that the United States of America is the most dominant in the United Nations and its largest funder and benefactor.
    During the past hours, Blaskhart arrived in Sulaymaniyah and met with Barham Salih, in the Merkaban tourist area, at his residence on his farm there.
    Information revealed by well-informed political sources to "Baghdad Today" indicates that Saleh is trying to return to the presidency in the next session by arranging his external and internal relations.
    This trend is driven by the size of the disputes and the random and irregular positions of Sulaymaniyah's relationship with Erbil on the one hand, and the relationship within the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan on the other.
    Where Barham Salih will be a tool for two axes, the first is that he will be used as a tool within the National Union to maintain the balance of the current internal conflict, by being an ally of the Ahura Sheikh Genki against Pavel Talabani.
    On the other hand, he is one of the fiercest opponents of Barzani, which will make him a tool of balance within Sulaymaniyah, and within the region in general against Erbil.
    Perhaps Barham Salih has two positions against Pavel Talabani and against Erbil at the same time, since they were a direct reason behind his removal from office and blocked the way for his re-appointment as President of the Republic for a second term, as Barzani's party insisted on changing him and putting a candidate from the Kurdistan Democratic Party as President of the Republic, but in the end he backed down. Pavel Talabani on sticking to Barham Salih as President of the Republic in return for the Democrat's retreat from insisting on the position of President of the Republic and bringing in a consensual president, to be settled on Jamal Latif Rashid.
