Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Duraid Jamil, revealed today, Saturday, “serious” violations in the Ministry of Construction and Housing, while indicating that its files were soon opened to “hold the corrupt accountable.”
Jamil said in a statement, "Serious violations were detected in the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and these violations exceeded the applicable controls and instructions issued by the competent authorities."
And he continued, “With this, we announce our intention to open all relevant files, especially the files of the KAR company contracting with the ministry, which we have noticed is contracting outside the scope of official controls and instructions.”
"We will use all the means available to us to put pressure to end this farce and make sure that the corrupt officials are held accountable," Jamil said.
