In an interview with Al-Maalouma, Odeh said, "Communication platforms with various addresses have been busy for days with a huge amount of videos about the imminent American invasion of Iraq," pointing out that "what is happening is lies and shading, and it is the pipe dreams of some parties."
He added, "America is aware that any adventure for it is fraught with dangers in light of the great combat capabilities of the Iraqi people and their armed forces."
He pointed out that "promoting these lies is part of what is known as soft psychological warfare, which will have no value in Iraq."
He pointed out that "the promotion of such false news with an unprecedented momentum carries an agenda of psychological pressure with well-known goals on our part."
Odeh added, "Any attempt to target the security and stability of the country by any external force will face a decisive response."
