The "Khor Abdullah" agreement to regulate maritime navigation between Iraq and Kuwait is an international agreement that was ratified in Baghdad, on November 25, 2013, in implementation of Resolution No. 388 issued by the Security Council after several resolutions following the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990.
