Al-Saadi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “The most important goal of the Sudanese government is services as it is a popular demand that will end the suffering of many years in various governorates,” pointing out that “more than 1,400 projects are stalling in various sectors, some of which have turned into ruins due to their non-completion.”
He added, "Al-Sudani has established five specific mechanisms to revive projects, the most prominent of which is the formation of specialized committees to study projects, develop objective solutions and begin implementing them, end the file of intersections between institutions and ministries, speed up the resolution of cases before the judiciary, and give priority to strategic projects that are feasible in providing services."
He pointed out that "more than half of the delayed projects have resumed work, and others are under completion of some administrative and technical procedures to begin."
Al-Saadi pointed out that “the costs of the delayed projects amount to several trillion dinars, and the delay in their completion for years has doubled the material losses borne by the country’s treasury.” Ended25 F
