[rtl]A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Bassem Khashan, confirmed that the federal government does not have the authority to lend to itself or to the region without referring to the House of Representatives. Khashan said in a press statement, “The government does not have the right to lend to itself or to the region unless it returns to the House of Representatives, as all decisions in this regard should be made in accordance with the law, and the money sent to the region was outside the financial budget law that was approved.”[/rtl]
[rtl] He added, "A number of members of the House of Representatives have filed an appeal with the Federal Court against the government's decision to lend to the region, and a decision will be issued by the court in this regard during the next week." He explained: “We support paying the salaries of employees in the region, but his government suffers from mismanagement in this file and it should be addressed first.[/rtl]
