    Political analyst Hazem Al-Bawi believed that creating a database for the number of employees in the region would be enough to solve a large part of the crisis between Baghdad and Erbil, while emphasizing the need for the federal government to work to clarify the secrets of the financial agreement with Kurdistan, especially after the latter received huge billions of sums.
    Al-Bawi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “The federal government is required to work to resolve the crises with Kurdistan, including the financial ones, but not at the expense of the higher interest of the Iraqi people from the far north to the south.”  
    He added, "The federal government conducting an accurate census based on a database of the number of employees in Kurdistan will be able to solve a large part of the crisis between the two sides, as well as sending a message of reassurance not only to the people of Kurdistan, but to all citizens of the nation's map without exception."  
    Al-Bawi pointed to "the importance of what was stated by members of the Parliamentary Legal Committee who confirmed their intention to sue the banks that lent the region loans outside of the obligations of the financial budget law approved by the Council of Ministers and then the Legislative Council," indicating that "social and national justice requires that everyone be subject to standards."
