    Information/Baghdad..
Parliamentary Legal Member Omid Muhammad revealed, on Wednesday, the most prominent controversial points regarding the passage of the general amnesty law, noting that the paragraph defining terrorism is the main reason for obstructing the legislation of the law.
Muhammad said in an interview with the Maalouma Agency, “The dispute revolves around the article that was received from the government and is related to the definition of terrorism.”
He added, "The Sovereignty Alliance insists on resolving the affiliation issue within the general amnesty law, noting that" the government sent the definition of terrorist organizations to the House of Representatives.
He pointed out that "most of the paragraphs defining terrorism will not be included in the general amnesty law," stressing that "the paragraph related to terrorism is still a matter of controversy and disagreement among political forces."
Parliamentary Legal Member Jassem Muhammad had previously warned against encapsulating the general amnesty law with phrases that allow the release of terrorists and corrupt people. Ended / 25 H
