The leader of the coordination framework, Jabbar Odeh, confirmed on Saturday that Ankara carried out 27 bombing operations inside Iraqi territory during this September.

Odeh said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “Any bombing operation carried out by Turkish forces deep in Iraqi territory, regardless of the pretexts, is a violation of sovereignty and a transgression of all norms and good neighborliness, and it is an assault that led to civilian casualties.”
He added, "Ankara's forces carried out 27 bombing operations, most of them by marches deep into Iraqi territory," stressing that "what is happening is worrying because the statistics are the bloodiest in the history of bombing operations, which increases tension between the two countries."
Odeh pointed out that "there must be a position for all national forces in pressing to stop the bombing and seeking solutions that end the presence of any foreign force in the Kurdistan region."
